Description

Ingredients

  • 4 slices milk bread about 3 4 inch thick
  • 3 tablespoons whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 8 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Lay the bread slices on a plate in a single layer.
  2. Brush the milk lightly over both sides of each slice.
  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium low heat.
  4. Add the butter and let it melt and coat the skillet.
  5. Place the bread slices in the skillet in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottoms are lightly golden.
  7. Flip and cook for 2 minutes until warmed through and soft.
  8. Remove from the skillet and drizzle evenly with honey.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with salt and serve warm.
