Description

Simple no bake dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker base, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberry topping in individual jars.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until evenly combined. Divide the mixture between jars and press gently to form the base.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  4. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker layer in each jar.
  5. Combine diced strawberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Let sit for 10 minutes until slightly syrupy.
  6. Spoon the strawberry mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
