Description

Easy party snack with buttery, cheesy, golden Hawaiian rolls and melty cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or small baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping the rolls connected.
  3. Place the bottom half of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Layer the cheddar cheese evenly over the bottom rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
  6. Stir together the melted butter and garlic powder.
  7. Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  9. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Cover loosely with foil during the first half of baking if the tops brown too quickly.
