Instructions

  1. Whisk bread flour, salt, and yeast in a large bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Add water and stir with a sturdy spatula until all flour incorporates and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl tightly and let rise at room temperature for 10 to 12 hours until bubbly and expanded.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and heat oven to 425°F.
