Ingredients
- Jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- Cooked lobster meat, chopped
- Ricotta cheese
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Cream cheese
- Minced garlic
- Lemon zest
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and black pepper
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cream cheese. Stir in minced garlic, lemon zest, and fresh parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Stuff each cooked jumbo pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the lobster mixture.
- Arrange stuffed shells in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, until warm and bubbly.
- Remove foil and broil for 2–3 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve with lemon wedges.
