Ingredients
- 12 slices sandwich bread, toasted
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces cooked sliced chicken breast
- 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 8 slices beef bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over one side of each toasted bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, sliced chicken breast, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and beef bacon on 4 slices of bread.
- Top each stack with another slice of toasted bread.
- Add sliced turkey breast, avocado, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
- Finish each sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
- Secure each sandwich with toothpicks and slice into quarters before serving.
