Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets skin-on
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
  4. Flip the salmon fillets carefully. Brush half of the glaze generously over the tops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon. Garnish with chopped green onions.
