A simple and delicious recipe for crispy honey garlic glazed salmon, perfect for beginner cooks.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets skin-on
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry thoroughly with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
- Flip the salmon fillets carefully. Brush half of the glaze generously over the tops. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon. Garnish with chopped green onions.
