Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm milk and melted butter and stir until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 6 to 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 60 minutes until doubled.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide into 8 equal pieces.
