Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large yellow onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a wide skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and salt and cook 10 minutes, stirring often, until softened.
