Ingredients

  • 2 medium flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, and salt in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the garlic butter evenly over each tortilla, covering the surface to the edges.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes evenly over the buttered surface.
  5. Stack one tortilla directly over the other to form a layered round.
  6. Place the tortilla stack in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 4–6 minutes, checking after 4 minutes, until the bread is golden and crisp.
  8. Remove carefully and let cool for 1–2 minutes.
