Ingredients
- For the cake: 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
- For garnish: 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease and line two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and slightly thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix in melted butter, milk, melted white chocolate, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the raspberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Divide batter evenly between pans and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool fully.
- For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar gradually, then mix in vanilla extract and milk until creamy and spreadable.
- Place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread an even layer of frosting. Add the second layer and frost the top and sides evenly.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top before serving.
