Ingredients

  • 16 oz whole milk ricotta
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for greasing
  • 3 tbsp spicy honey
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Chili flakes
  • Fresh parsley chopped


Instructions

  1. Combine ricotta and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Lightly grease a small, microwave-safe bowl with olive oil. Warm honey in the bowl by microwaving.
  3. Transfer whipped ricotta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth into an even layer.
