Ingredients
- 16 oz whole milk ricotta
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for greasing
- 3 tbsp spicy honey
- Coarse sea salt
- Chili flakes
- Fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Combine ricotta and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a food processor until smooth.
- Lightly grease a small, microwave-safe bowl with olive oil. Warm honey in the bowl by microwaving.
- Transfer whipped ricotta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth into an even layer.
- Drizzle with the remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, then top with the warmed honey.
- Sprinkle with salt, chili flakes, and chopped parsley, to taste.
- Serve with crostini or your favorite bread.
