Description
This whipped feta dip is creamy, tangy, and blended with sun dried tomatoes. It is a quick Mediterranean-style appetizer perfect for dipping or spreading.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces feta cheese block
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sun dried tomato oil
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add feta, Greek yogurt, garlic, salt, and black pepper to a food processor.
- Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the sun dried tomato oil until the mixture is creamy and whipped.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a bowl.
- Fold in the chopped sun dried tomatoes until evenly distributed.
- Chill for 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
