Ingredients
- 1 cup diced vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper)
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by mincing them finely. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Warm tortillas slightly in the microwave for 15-20 seconds. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle minced vegetables, shredded cheese, and green onions over the cream cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
- Freeze for 20 minutes or chill overnight in the refrigerator to set.
- Remove toothpicks and slice rolls into pinwheels. Serve.
