Bright and refreshing triple berry kiwi smoothie bursting with vitamin C. A quick 10-minute breakfast or post-workout drink packed with fruit flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ¾ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional for sweetness
- 3 ice cubes
- Optional garnish: sliced kiwi or extra berries
Instructions
- Add the frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and sliced kiwis to a blender.
- Let the fruit sit for 5–10 minutes to slightly soften for smoother blending.
- Pour in the orange juice and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice and blend again.
- Pour into a chilled glass and top with sliced kiwi or a few extra berries for garnish.
- Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
Notes
- For extra protein and fiber, you can blend in a tablespoon of chia seeds or flaxseed meal before blending.
