Description

Bright and refreshing triple berry kiwi smoothie bursting with vitamin C. A quick 10-minute breakfast or post-workout drink packed with fruit flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional for sweetness
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: sliced kiwi or extra berries


Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and sliced kiwis to a blender.
  2. Let the fruit sit for 5–10 minutes to slightly soften for smoother blending.
  3. Pour in the orange juice and add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste.
  4. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more orange juice and blend again.
  6. Pour into a chilled glass and top with sliced kiwi or a few extra berries for garnish.
  7. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
