Description

This easy mango dressing recipe creates a smooth, tangy dressing that balances sweetness, citrus, and gentle heat for bold flavor with minimal prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango flesh diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil


Instructions

  1. Add mango, lime juice, honey, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and cayenne to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. With the blender running on low speed, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as desired.
  5. Transfer dressing to a jar and refrigerate for 20 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
