Description

Bright, bubbly Strawberry Rosé Mocktail made with fresh berries and sparkling juice. Easy, refreshing, and perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

  • Strawberry syrup (for syrup: 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup granulated sugar)
  • 1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling white grape juice chilled
  • 1 cup strawberry syrup chilled
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Fresh strawberry slices


Instructions

  1. Combine strawberries, water, and sugar in a small saucepan to make the syrup.
  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  3. Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes until berries soften.
  4. Mash the strawberries lightly and simmer 5 minutes more until syrupy.
  5. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and cool completely.
  6. Fill a pitcher halfway with ice.
  7. Add hibiscus tea, sparkling white grape juice, chilled strawberry syrup, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
  8. Stir gently to combine without losing bubbles.
  9. Pour into glasses over ice.
  10. Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately.
