Bright, bubbly Strawberry Rosé Mocktail made with fresh berries and sparkling juice. Easy, refreshing, and perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
- Strawberry syrup (for syrup: 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup granulated sugar)
- 1 cup chilled hibiscus tea
- 1 1/2 cups sparkling white grape juice chilled
- 1 cup strawberry syrup chilled
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Fresh strawberry slices
Instructions
- Combine strawberries, water, and sugar in a small saucepan to make the syrup.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes until berries soften.
- Mash the strawberries lightly and simmer 5 minutes more until syrupy.
- Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve and cool completely.
- Fill a pitcher halfway with ice.
- Add hibiscus tea, sparkling white grape juice, chilled strawberry syrup, and lemon juice to the pitcher.
- Stir gently to combine without losing bubbles.
- Pour into glasses over ice.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and serve immediately.
