Description

Make viral strawberry frozen yogurt bites dipped in chocolate with just 3 ingredients. A healthy, no-bake dessert perfect for summer snacking.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh diced strawberries
  • 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt (full-fat or nonfat)
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)
  • Sea salt for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix diced strawberries and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until well combined.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form 2-inch clusters.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are completely solid.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
  6. Remove frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork. Place them back onto the parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Let rest at room temperature for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer for a cold treat later.

Notes

  • Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Cool the melted chocolate slightly before dipping; this prevents the frozen yogurt from melting too fast.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
