Description
Make viral strawberry frozen yogurt bites dipped in chocolate with just 3 ingredients. A healthy, no-bake dessert perfect for summer snacking.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh diced strawberries
- 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt (full-fat or nonfat)
- 12 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional for smoother chocolate)
- Sea salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix diced strawberries and Greek yogurt in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form 2-inch clusters.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until the clusters are completely solid.
- Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl using 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate using a fork. Place them back onto the parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Let rest at room temperature for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
- Enjoy immediately, or store in the freezer for a cold treat later.
Notes
- Use full-fat yogurt for a creamier texture.
- Cool the melted chocolate slightly before dipping; this prevents the frozen yogurt from melting too fast.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
