Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed very dry
- 14 ounces canned artichoke hearts drained and finely chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 half cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 half teaspoon black pepper
- 1 half teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 quarter teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Crackers for serving
- Sliced baguette for serving
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 375°F.
- Lightly grease an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
- Fold in spinach and artichokes until evenly mixed.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until hot and bubbling at the edges.
- Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving with chips, crackers, or bread.

- Keep the dip hot while serving.
- Reheat leftovers to 165°F before eating.
