Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add cottage cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese to the chicken. Mix until well combined.
