- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
- 1 to 2 tsp fresh chopped rosemary
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the ricotta cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Spread the whipped ricotta in a shallow bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the liquid honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes until fully combined to create the drizzle.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the smooth ricotta in the bowl. Top the ricotta with chopped walnuts and minced rosemary.
- Serve this dish immediately with crackers or crostini.
