Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic finely grated
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
Instructions
- Add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and salt to a medium bowl.
- Whisk until completely smooth and evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust heat by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
