Description

This spicy aioli is creamy, garlicky, and easy to make in minutes. A bold homemade sauce perfect for sandwiches, fries, and wraps.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic finely grated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chili garlic sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt


Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, chili garlic sauce, smoked paprika, and salt to a medium bowl.
  2. Whisk until completely smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust heat by adding more chili garlic sauce if desired.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
