Description
A bright and bubbly non-alcoholic Aperol spritz made with citrus, bitters, and sparkling water. Refreshing, elegant, and perfect for spring sipping.
Ingredients
- ½ cup non-alcoholic bitter orange soda (such as Lyre’s Italian Spritz or Sanbittèr)
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ cup sparkling water or soda water
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Orange slices and fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large wine or cocktail glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the non-alcoholic bitter orange soda, orange juice, and lemon juice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Add sparkling water and stir lightly again to keep the fizz.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with honey or agave if desired.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of mint.
- Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
