Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles (uncooked)
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground chicken and chopped onion over medium heat until chicken is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken mixture to the sour cream mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- Pour mixture into a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
