Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup baby potatoes halved
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup zucchini sliced into half moons
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 0.5 cup sliced yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
