Ingredients

- 0.75 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in another bowl until smooth.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined.
- Heat olive oil in a 10 inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Pour batter into the skillet and spread gently into an even layer.
- Cover and cook 6 to 7 minutes until the top looks set and bubbles form.
- Flip carefully and cook 4 to 5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
