Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas


Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
  3. Combine mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a separate bowl to make the salsa.
  4. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
