A simple one pan meal with roasted sausage, crispy potatoes, and tender broccoli seasoned with savory spices. This hearty dinner is easy to make with minimal cleanup.
Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
- Spread the potatoes on the prepared sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the oven and add the sliced sausage and broccoli to the pan.
- Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the broccoli and sausage and toss everything gently on the pan.
- Return the pan to the oven and roast for 15 to 18 minutes until the broccoli is tender and lightly crisped and the sausage is heated through.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top before serving.
Notes
- Cut the potatoes into evenly sized pieces so they roast at the same rate and become perfectly tender.
