Description

A simple and healthy sheet pan dinner featuring salmon and asparagus seasoned with lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, half juiced, half sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets and asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle everything with olive oil.
  5. Squeeze the lemon juice over the salmon and asparagus.
  6. Sprinkle with dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
