- 2 cups long-grain rice
- ¼ cup oil
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 4 cups chicken broth
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
