Description
A zesty and refreshing non-alcoholic margarita with lime, orange, and a touch of agave. Perfectly balanced and ideal for spring gatherings or sunny afternoons.
Ingredients
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
- ¼ cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes
- Lime wedges and coarse salt for the rim
- Optional: a few slices of jalapeño for a spicy twist
Instructions
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass.
- Dip the rim in coarse salt and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup.
- Shake or stir well until the agave is dissolved.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice.
- Pour the citrus mixture over the ice and top with sparkling water.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of jalapeño for a spicy kick. Serve immediately.

- For a sweeter flavor, add an extra teaspoon of agave.
