Description

A zesty and refreshing non-alcoholic margarita with lime, orange, and a touch of agave. Perfectly balanced and ideal for spring gatherings or sunny afternoons.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 4 limes)
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed orange juice (about 1 orange)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedges and coarse salt for the rim
  • Optional: a few slices of jalapeño for a spicy twist


Instructions

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of each glass.
  2. Dip the rim in coarse salt and set aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker or jar, combine lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup.
  4. Shake or stir well until the agave is dissolved.
  5. Fill the prepared glass with ice.
  6. Pour the citrus mixture over the ice and top with sparkling water.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Garnish with a lime wedge or a slice of jalapeño for a spicy kick. Serve immediately.
