Description
A light and easy side dish made with creamy yogurt, fresh herbs, and crisp cucumbers.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 half teaspoon salt
- 1 quarter teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
Instructions
- Place the sliced cucumbers in a bowl and lightly pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- In a separate bowl mix Greek yogurt garlic lemon juice olive oil salt and black pepper until smooth.
- Add the cucumbers to the yogurt mixture and toss until evenly coated.
- Stir in the chopped dill and mix gently.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
- Serve cold as a refreshing side dish.

- For extra crisp texture use English cucumbers and chill the salad before serving.
