- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree, unsweetened
- 1-2 Tbsp honey, plus more for serving
- 1 tsp dried thyme, or 2 tsp fresh thyme
- Black pepper, freshly cracked
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- Chopped walnuts, optional, for garnish
- Crusty, toasted bread or crackers, for serving
Instructions
- Add feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper to the food processor. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the whipped feta to the fridge and cover. Chill for 30-60 minutes to allow it to harden and chill.
- Transfer the chilled whipped feta to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped walnuts (if using), fresh thyme, a drizzle of honey, and additional pepper.
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers for dipping.
Notes
- Using a higher fat Greek yogurt will result in a less tart dip.
- Toasted walnuts add a nice crunch.
- Adjust the amount of honey to your preferred sweetness.
