Description
Bake soft, chewy pink white chocolate chip cookies. This is an easy no-chill recipe for pretty, buttery cookies perfect for any celebration. They have a soft center and crisp edges.
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pink gel food coloring (adjust for desired shade)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add the egg, vanilla, and pink food coloring. Mix until color is uniform.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough per cookie and shape into balls. Place on baking sheets, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
- Bake for 11–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and centers look slightly soft.
- Immediately press a few extra white chocolate chips onto the tops of the warm cookies.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
