Ingredients

  • 812 ounces filtered water lukewarm
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar
  • Optional: juice of half a lemon


Instructions

  1. Pour the filtered lukewarm water into a clean glass.
  2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. If using apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, add them now and stir again.
