Description
A simple detox drink using Himalayan pink salt and water, optionally enhanced with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine or coarse
- 8 –12 ounces filtered water lukewarm
- Optional: 1 teaspoon organic apple cider vinegar
- Optional: juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Pour the filtered lukewarm water into a clean glass.
- Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- If using apple cider vinegar or lemon juice, add them now and stir again.
- Drink the mixture first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Wait at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
