Description

Peanut butter brownie parfaits layer fudgy brownies, creamy peanut butter filling, and smooth chocolate ganache for an indulgent dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 9 by 9 inch pan baked brownies cooled and cut into cubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chopped peanut butter cups (Optional topping)


Instructions

  1. Cut the cooled brownies into small cubes or rounds sized to fit your serving glasses.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and powdered sugar and mix until creamy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and heavy cream and beat until light and fluffy. Set aside.
  4. Place the chopped chocolate in a heat safe bowl. Heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then pour over the chocolate. Let sit 3 minutes, then stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
  5. To assemble, add a layer of brownies to the bottom of each glass.
  6. Spoon or pipe a layer of peanut butter cream over the brownies.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate ganache.
  8. Repeat layers once more, finishing with ganache on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped peanut butter cups if using.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best texture.
