Description

Make this peach crisp with a buttery oat crumble topping and juicy peaches. Easy, warm, and perfect for summer desserts.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1 half cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3 quarter cup all purpose flour
  • 1 half cup brown sugar
  • 1 half teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 quarter teaspoon salt
  • 1 half cup unsalted butter melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl combine sliced peaches granulated sugar lemon juice vanilla extract and cornstarch. Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.
  3. In another bowl mix oats flour brown sugar cinnamon and salt.
  4. Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
