Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 half cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 3 quarter cup all purpose flour
- 1 half cup brown sugar
- 1 half teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 quarter teaspoon salt
- 1 half cup unsalted butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl combine sliced peaches granulated sugar lemon juice vanilla extract and cornstarch. Mix well and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- In another bowl mix oats flour brown sugar cinnamon and salt.
- Pour melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
