Ingredients
- 3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions
