- 500g fresh blueberries
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 100g rolled oats
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g cold unsalted butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, blueberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss gently to coat the fruit evenly.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a 23×33 cm (9×13 inch) baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar.

- Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
- Let the crumble cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
- You can adjust the amount of sugar based on the sweetness of your fruit.
- For a nuttier crumble, add 50g of chopped pecans or walnuts to the topping mixture.
