Description

Ingredients
- 2 pounds russet potatoes peeled and cut into 0.75 inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Rinse potato cubes under cold water and pat completely dry.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add potato cubes in a single layer.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Uncover and continue cooking 12 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are golden and fork tender.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot directly from the skillet.
