Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1.5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add chicken in a single layer without overcrowding.
  5. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring once, until the first sides are golden.
  6. Continue cooking 4 to 5 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.

  8. Serve hot as a main dish or protein add-in.
