Description

Make these no bake strawberry cheesecake cups with fresh strawberries and a creamy filling. Quick, easy, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl until evenly combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into serving cups and press down gently to form a base layer.
  3. Beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until creamy.
  5. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  7. Toss diced strawberries with sugar in another bowl and let sit for 5 minutes to release juices.
  8. Spoon a layer of cheesecake filling over the crust in each cup.
  9. Add a layer of strawberries then repeat with another layer of filling.
  10. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Chilling helps the layers set and enhances the flavor and texture of the cheesecake cups.
