Ingredients
- 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
Instructions
- Mix cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and creamy.
- Stir in crushed cookies.
- Spread filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
