Description

Easy no-bake key lime pie cups with a creamy citrus filling and crunchy graham cracker crust. A refreshing dessert perfect for warm weather.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Divide mixture into 6 serving cups and press firmly to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe filling evenly over chilled crusts.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  7. Beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  8. Pipe or spoon whipped cream over each cup.
  9. Garnish with lime zest and serve chilled.
