Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Divide mixture into 6 serving cups and press firmly to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe filling evenly over chilled crusts.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Pipe or spoon whipped cream over each cup.
- Garnish with lime zest and serve chilled.
