Ingredients
- Crust:

- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ⅓ cup fresh key lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
- Topping:
- ½ cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Divide the crust mixture evenly between 4 small jars and press firmly into the bottom to form a base layer.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
- Add powdered sugar, key lime juice, and lime zest to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Spoon or pipe the filling evenly over the crust in each jar and smooth the tops.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set and chilled.
- Before serving, top each jar with whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.
