Creamy, tangy no bake key lime cheesecake jars, perfect for summer. An easy make-ahead dessert with fresh citrus flavor.


Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lime zest
  • Topping:
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest


Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  2. Divide the crust mixture evenly between 4 small jars and press firmly into the bottom to form a base layer.
  3. Beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy with no lumps.
  4. Add powdered sugar, key lime juice, and lime zest to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  7. Spoon or pipe the filling evenly over the crust in each jar and smooth the tops.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set and chilled.
  9. Before serving, top each jar with whipped cream and a sprinkle of lime zest.
