These no-bake energy balls are a delicious and quick snack to help you through your afternoon slump, providing a perfect boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  2. Add almond butter and honey to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is sticky.
  3. Scoop approximately one tablespoon of the mixture at a time. Roll the mixture into balls between your hands. Dampen your hands slightly to prevent sticking.

Notes

  • Using old-fashioned rolled oats is recommended.
