Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, dried cranberries, and chopped almonds.
- Add almond butter and honey to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is sticky.
- Scoop approximately one tablespoon of the mixture at a time. Roll the mixture into balls between your hands. Dampen your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
- Place the energy balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
