Description

Easy no-bake protein bars with chocolate and peanut butter flavor, perfect for a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ¾ cup oat flour or ground oats
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Gradually stir in the oat flour. If you want extra chocolate, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  3. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan to create a compact layer.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to let the bars set.
  5. Once they’re firm, lift them out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy.

Notes

  • These bars are best stored in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
  • For a firmer texture, increase the chilling time.
