Easy no-bake protein bars with chocolate and peanut butter flavor, perfect for a quick snack.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ¾ cup oat flour or ground oats
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the oat flour. If you want extra chocolate, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan to create a compact layer.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to let the bars set.
- Once they’re firm, lift them out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and enjoy.
Notes
- These bars are best stored in the refrigerator.
- Adjust sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey or maple syrup.
- For a firmer texture, increase the chilling time.
