Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup ripe mango diced small
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle diced mango evenly across the surface.
- Top with shredded coconut and sliced almonds.
- Gently press the toppings into the yogurt so they stick.
- Freeze for 3 to 4 hours until completely firm.
- Break into pieces and serve immediately or store frozen.
