Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 egg white, beaten (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and 2 egg whites until a soft dough forms.
- Divide dough into 6 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a rope about 7 inches long and shape into a ring.
- Place bagels on the baking sheet and brush tops with beaten egg white.
- Sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until lightly golden and firm.
- Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
