Description
Loaded Potato Wedges are a delicious and easy appetizer or meal, perfect for beginners. This recipe uses an air fryer for crispy, flavorful wedges topped with cheese, beef, olives, and jalapenos.
Ingredients
- 7 medium potatoes
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup sliced pickled jalapenos
- ½ cup beef cubes
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- Add the wedges to a bowl, season with salt and drizzle the oil over.
- Shake the bowl well to coat the potatoes in oil.
- Transfer them to the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit), shaking the drawer a few times during cooking.
- Once cooked, top with cheese, beef cubes, olives, and jalapenos. Air fry for another 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For oven baking, follow the same steps. Cooking time and temperature may vary; a similar recipe baked at 220 degrees Celsius (430 Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes.
