Description

Loaded Potato Wedges are a delicious and easy appetizer or meal, perfect for beginners. This recipe uses an air fryer for crispy, flavorful wedges topped with cheese, beef, olives, and jalapenos.


Ingredients

  • 7 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup sliced pickled jalapenos
  • ½ cup beef cubes


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  2. Add the wedges to a bowl, season with salt and drizzle the oil over.
  3. Shake the bowl well to coat the potatoes in oil.
  4. Transfer them to the air fryer and cook for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit), shaking the drawer a few times during cooking.
  5. Once cooked, top with cheese, beef cubes, olives, and jalapenos. Air fry for another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For oven baking, follow the same steps. Cooking time and temperature may vary; a similar recipe baked at 220 degrees Celsius (430 Fahrenheit) for 35 minutes.
